It was an unplanned stay, but this hotel has been impressive, nice, simple, clean, good food and most importantly the staff are fantastic. I just had a simple burger and so many places can’t even get this right but the Verve, it was good seriously !! Thanks for the stay I’ll definitely be back when in the area and to top it off the price for what you get fantastic.
This is the second time I've stayed here and it's still a very nice place to stay. The young lady on reception was very helpful and also was available in the restaurant too where she was very friendly and the food arrived quickly and was of good quality. Will definitely use Verve again when I am in Bedford again
Stayed here for the first time in 2023, been staying here 2 or 3 nights a week ever since. Super hotel. Brilliant friendly staff. Good food. Nice bar. Great rooms. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Me and my son booked a room last minute, as soon as we arrived we were amazed at the aesthetic of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel was immaculate and very clean throughout. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our room was perfect, the bed was made all towels were provided and tea and coffee was there. The bathroom was great had soap and shower gels shampoo etc no signs of mould or dirt.. Extremely clean and very well presented. Staff were very very friendly and helpful. Thank you for such a warm welcome 10/10
I have been staying at the Verve Bedford now for a number of years. I live in London but work in Bedford during the week. I can't praise the staff highly enough. They are friendly, helpful and really put themselves out for you, so 5 stars for Emir and his staff. However, considering how long I have been staying there no one from head office has ever offered me a price deal. Considering that I stay in same room almost every time. Still have to book through second parties to get best price. Small drawbacks wifi is slow, and the building is old, and can sometimes be noisy, I have my TV on low, but not all are as considerate. All in all, it is a pleasure to stay at Verve Bedford, a home from home.
Really enjoyed my stay at Verve Hotel Bedford. The receptionist was friendly and clearly explained all the amenities. I got a free upgrade to a double room, which was a nice surprise. Great location—close to the town centre, train station, and a big Sainsbury’s. Would happily stay again.
